In the appropriate departments, products are properly sandblasted with an automatic sandblasting machine capable of covering up to a magnitude of 1,800.
The fans are painted with Qualicoat polyester powder cured at 200°C for an average thickness of 70 microns. The cleaning pretreatment can either be phosphate degreasing or GR.2.5 metal shot blasting or both. The average thermal resistance of the painting protection is 150°C and peaks at 180°C. The impellers are painted with grey enamel having an average thermal resistance of 150°C.
