RAF Refiners

RAF refiners are used in cases where there is a need to aspirate and simultaneously refine the product to be treated. They reduce the volume of wood chips, plastics and other materials in briquetting or pelletizing processes.

Looking identical to centrifugal fans, they differ internally by an impeller mounted with cemented oscillating hammers suitable for shock absorption.

They are designed specifically according to the product to be treated. A circular mesh mounted around the impeller, which is easily removable and replaceable, acts as a screen, and is not released until the product has reached the size of the mesh hole.
